As is known, pickled ginger (gari), wasabi and soy sauce are also served along with the sushi deliveries, and the restaurants must use separate containers for packaging each of these items.
This leads to extra costs for the restaurants, moreover the customer ordering the food cannot properly adjust the taste and consistency they desire when mixing the soy sauce and the wasabi because of the dimensions of sauce container or simply spread the wasabi on the sushi and pour the soy sauce on top of it as they cannot fit the sushi in the sauce container.
Customers who do not prefer this have to discard the containers provided with the delivery and use materials such as bowls, etc. in their homes or offices.
As a consequence of the above, it becomes no longer possible to enjoy a real sushi experience for customers who order sushi deliveries.
We have specially designed the Tejina-Box taking into consideration the suggestions and opinions of both the take-away restaurants and the customers who order sushi to their homes or offices, the design features a mid-section for sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki and temaki, small compartment for wasabi and pickled ginger (gari), and a third compartment for sauce which gives the customer ergonomics and convenience for mixing soy sauce and wasabi while allowing restaurants to reduce their packaging costs by eliminating the need for separate delivery containers for the extras.
So, your customers can open up the package, mix the wasabi and soy sauce as they wish and simply enjoy the sushi as it should be.
